Spot My Bag ("we", "us") collects the personal information you give us when you place an order, sign up for emails, or get in touch — typically your name, email address, delivery address and, for a Design Your Own order, the artwork you upload. Payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we don't see or store your full card details ourselves.

We use this information to fulfil and ship your order, respond to your messages, and — only if you've signed up for it — send you emails about new designs. We don't sell your data to anyone. We share what's necessary with the couriers who deliver your order and the providers who help us run the site and process payments.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@spotmybag.co.uk. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to run the site (for example, remembering what's in your basket). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — page views and general traffic, not anything that identifies you personally. You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for spotmybag.co.uk.
