Standard designs — under UK distance-selling rules you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and cancel your order for a full refund, provided the stickers are unused and in their original packaging. Email hello@spotmybag.co.uk to start a return.

Design Your Own orders are made specially to your own artwork, so the right to cancel doesn't apply once we've started printing — this is standard for personalised goods under UK consumer law.

Whatever you ordered, if it arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund — this is separate from, and not limited by, the 14-day window above.
