Terms and conditions

Spot My Bag is a sole trader business trading as "Spot My Bag" from the UK. By placing an order through spotmybag.co.uk you're agreeing to these terms.

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK delivery. We aim to despatch every order placed before 2pm on a working day the same day. Once you've placed an order we'll send a confirmation email; a contract is formed once we despatch your order, not before.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if something's gone wrong on our end — out of stock materials, a pricing error, or similar. For custom Design Your Own orders, we review your artwork before printing and reserve the right to decline anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that we otherwise can't print.
